(1) There will be a fund management committee for all the work to be done on behalf of the fund.
(2) The composition of the committee shall be as follows:-
(a) Officers of special category designated by the Government of Nepal - Chairman (b) Joint Secretary, Ministry of -Member (c) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs - Member (d) Joint Secretary, Ministry of the Government of Nepal in charge of Personnel Administration -Member (e) Executive Director -Member-Secretary
